Robbert Flick

Born 1939 in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, Robbert Flick studied at the University of British Columbia at Vancouver and received his M.F.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Today he is Professor of Fine Arts at the University of Southern California and resides in Claremont, California. A Scholar-in-Residence at the J. Paul Getty Center (1996/97), Djerassi Foundation Artist-in-Residence, and Zumberge Fellow (1992), Flick has also been the recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships and was most recently awarded a COLA Grant (1999/2000) by the Cultural Affairs Department of the City of Los Angeles.
